We understand that driving children to school takes a rare combination of grit and gentleness. Not just anyone can be a good bus or van driver or bus aide, especially when it comes to working with kids. They all must be firm enough to maintain safety protocol, but gentle enough to console a scared kindergartner on their first day of school.
Drivers must have the ability to keep their eyes firmly on the road despite their precious and noisy cargo behind them. Most of all, drivers and aides must have a love for children and understand that these kids are our future.
